The "Hot Dang" burger advertisement made me hungry...but besides that, as a feminist and a full time working mom, I would love a little more balance. Proud of my heritage... : )
There was a guy on That Social Networking Site who was saying he thought the only reason Dutch women don't have to work full-time is government benefits, and that the whole thing was soon going to collapse.
I disagree. I think if it's really what you want, you can usually get it - unless you're a single parent or choose to live somewhere where the cost-of-living is too high. By re-prioritizing and having a simpler lifestyle it can still be done, even if you aren't wealthy or living in a European country.
Anyway, I respect your ability to juggle it all, even if you don't always feel balanced. Neither do I. Long-term, this gig is not for us ;)
